DPIA values platform workers’ contributions, and their voice in our business operations. DPIA members have mechanisms in place to frequently seek feedback from partners, to improve operations and address key concerns they may have. DPIA also regularly seeks feedback from delivery partners through surveys on an industry level.
DPIA welcomes the recommendations of the Tripartite Workgroup on Representation for Platform Workers (TWG) that seeks to enhance these ongoing efforts made on both the individual company level and as an industry. Our members’ views were sought during the consultation and development process, and we believe that the recommendations adequately achieve the mandate set out for the TWG.
DPIA is committed to supporting the rollout of these recommendations, and we look forward to future discussions with the representative bodies.
